I recently picked up a Time magazine special edition that was dedicated to Mindfulness, and page 81 was titled “Men Getting Bendy”! It went on to say that guys are discovering yoga in record numbers and that research says that that is a very good thing. In fact, the research is showing that men who practice yoga feel more satisfaction, reduced stress, less anxiety, improved balance, a healthier heart, and insomnia relief.
