Meditation Coaching

New to Meditation? Need to bring fresh energy into your practice? A Meditation Coach empowers each student by tailoring the session to meet personal needs based upon obstacles that may arise in daily living and goals of each student. Basic principals of Mediation are taught, allowing students to take tools home with them as they build upon their personal Meditation practice. For individuals, couples, friends or anyone who desires to experience a higher level of consciousness and the inner peace Meditation brings. Half hour and one hour sessions are available. One hour sessions required for first visit.
