STRONG FOR MOM was created to provide mind and body fitness for moms. As a mother of two young children, it’s hard to find time in the day dedicated to me. Out on runs with the double jogger is when I find quiet moments to think, and time to let my mind drift and take in the beauty around me.

Shortly after the birth of my first child in May 2008, I joined a southern California based stroller fitness class. My goal was to get back in shape and meet some local moms. I was new to the area, having recently moved from the east coast. Within a few short months, not only was I back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was also stronger and more fit than ever before. This class gave me the opportunity to make amazing friends who offered both support and guidance, just what I needed as a new mom.

My experience with my own post natal fitness made me realize how passionate I was about inspiring moms to reach their health and fitness goals. Later that same year, I became certified in pre and post natal fitness and began teaching. In early 2009, I received my ACE Personal Training Certification and Schwinn Indoor Cycle Instructor certification. I have been teaching group fitness ever since.

My goal is to motivate, inspire, and support woman as they tackle their most important role: being a mom.
